Frequently asked questions
At Kroonwerk we build B2B lead systems that automatically identify, qualify and approach prospects. A typical setup combines a scraper (for instance via Google Maps or LinkedIn), an enrichment layer that fills in contact details and company info, and a cold-email engine with AI personalisation so every email is relevant to the recipient. For a Belgian SMB such a system typically generates 20 to 100 qualified conversations per month. A first working setup starts from € 1,600.
A first cold-outreach system at Kroonwerk starts from € 1,600. That includes a working prospecting flow: scraper, lead database, mail templates and an initial campaign. More advanced systems — with CRM integration, per-prospect AI personalisation, A/B testing and reporting — scale to € 4,000–12,000 depending on complexity. We work with fixed project pricing, so you know upfront what you pay.
The biggest levers for B2C lead generation in real estate are three: a fast, multilingual website that converts (especially important for international buyers), SEO on keywords that potential sellers and buyers actively search, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity name your agency when someone asks for a broker in your region. At Kroonwerk we combine the three in one integration. For a real-estate agency in Knokke we built a trilingual platform that went live in seven days.
Automation replaces repetitive, rule-based work: generating daily reports, following up on emails, syncing data between systems, drafting documents from templates. A virtual assistant (a real person) replaces tasks that require judgement, context or human contact: answering the phone, replying to complex emails, talking to clients, managing calendars. At Kroonwerk we do both. Laura, co-founder, delivers human admin support for what cannot (fully) be automated. The combination usually beats picking one or the other.
Choose automation when a task is predictable, repetitive and rule-based — like drafting quotes from a template, scheduling emails or moving data between systems. Choose human admin support when judgement is required: speaking to clients correctly, managing complex files, or tasks where empathy and context matter. In practice the best solution is often hybrid: automation handles 80 % of the routine, a human (like Laura at Kroonwerk) handles the exceptions.
GEO is the practice of optimising your website and content so AI search engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews cite your brand in their answers. Where classic SEO is about ranking high in a list of blue links, GEO is about being named as a source by an AI. Concretely this means: clear FAQ sections, structured data (JSON-LD), an llms.txt file, and content that is factually citable. For local service providers and B2B businesses, GEO becomes as important as SEO in 2026 — mostly because a growing share of search traffic now flows through AI assistants.
A first automation at Kroonwerk starts from € 1,600. For that budget we typically build one scoped workflow that immediately saves time or generates leads — for example automated lead prospecting via Google Maps and LinkedIn, AI-triggered email follow-up, or a document generator that drafts quotes from your CRM data. We deliver a working, monitored system within 2 to 3 weeks. After that you can extend with additional workflows or a maintenance plan from € 250 per month.
The most-automated SMB tasks are: drafting quotes and invoices from CRM data, follow-up emails to leads and clients, calendar management and appointment confirmations, building reports from multiple data sources, classifying and routing leads to the right person, social-media monitoring for buying signals, and moving data between systems (e.g. web form to CRM to bookkeeping). For many of these tasks we see clients move from hours per week to minutes per day. What cannot (fully) be automated — phone calls, complex client conversations, judgement-driven file work — is handled by our admin support through Laura.
Kroonwerk works with fixed project pricing, not per hour. For scoped projects (like a first automation or an MVP platform) we set a fixed total price so you know upfront what you pay. For ongoing maintenance, hosting, monitoring and small changes we work with a monthly fee from € 250 per month, depending on scope. No surprises on your invoice and no incentive for us to pad hours — if we finish faster, you pay less.
Kroonwerk works mainly with two groups: real-estate agencies (from local Flanders to luxury real estate in Marbella) and growing SMBs in services, construction, food and B2B trade. We are based in the Ghent region and serve clients across all of Belgium — Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia — and internationally, including Spain and the Netherlands. Communication runs smoothly in Dutch, French and English. For sector-specific experience (like real-estate CRM integrations with Whise or Zabun) we have ready-made connectors.
